Magna-Plate 220FG, 320FG, 460FG – These
gear oils are partial synthetic-based with sheer stable synthetic

improvers. As a
result, you will be able to use these in gear box applications
previously thought to be too severe for food-grade lubricants.
The superior
operating characteristics provide reduced operating temperatures,
reduced friction, and minimal gear wear. Its high-film
strength offers excellent lubricity for spur, helical,
spiral, bevel,
planetary, and worm gears.
Magna-Plate 2000 FG – USDA H1 food-grade
Lubricating Oil. For use in the FMC continuous cooker and FMC & Odenberg
steam peelers. Eliminates rubbery deposits, clogged
lines and gummed check
valves. A special polymer helps 2000FG cling to metal
surfaces even after shutdown, reducing metal-to-metal contact
on
start-up.
Magna-Plate 76, 78, 78E – The food industry standard for high
performance, anti-wear oil lubrication! A heavy, tackified, anti-wear
and extreme pressure food-grade oil for positive protection on overhead
chains and conveyors, can seamers, in circulating and drip systems,
on can lid cams, or anywhere a positive USDA H1 lubricant film is
needed. Contains Micronox®, JAX exclusive anti-microbial
technology.
Magna-Kote 467 FG – These are state-of-the-art metal-forming
lubricants incorporating the latest developments in food-grade lubrication
technology. They have been developed for use in can-beading
and can-flanging machines, and other can-forming equipment. They
meet NSF H1 food grade requirements and utilize special
base stocks designed to evaporate, leaving behind no residue
that
could interfere
with container coating or labeling.
Aqua-Guard FG – A state-of-the-art, food-grade,
metal-forming lubricant specifically formulated and tested
for use in Crown presses for manufacturing sanitary can ends.
It has also been
used extensively in can-beading and can-flanging machines,
and other can forming equipment. It imparts exceptional
metal-wetting characteristics while the proprietary additive technology
provides
improved finish, minimizes burning and prevents loading of
forming components.
Magna-Plate 500-0, 500-1, 500-2 – WR™ (Water
Resistant) technology makes this one of the world's most water-resistant
greases. Excellent general plant grease for wear protection,
rust
and water problems, and multi-purpose applications. Magna-Plate
500 is known throughout the industry for outstanding performance.
Now available in NLGI #0 grade, so fully automated centralized
greasing systems can take advantage of this remarkable technology.
Magna-Plate1100 – This is a specialized grease for areas
of high salt or chemical contamination, high rust and wear rates.
Magna-Plate 1100 patented corrosion control formula defies rust
formation while providing excellent anti-wear performance. Extremely
high drop point provides excellent service in all high
temperature applications.
Poly-Plate EP – The high-performance benefits of this grease
are so outstanding that we believe it will replace lithium complex
as the benchmark, high-temperature industrial grease. This grease
has an extremely long life, excellent water resistance and better
low-temperature performance than lithium complex greases. It is
also recommended for Sealed for Life and EMB applications.
Gear Guard Synthetic –This is a new technology food-grade
open gear grease. It provides exceptional load carrying properties
and stays put 5 - 20 times longer than conventional open gear
compounds. Outstanding water resistance.
Some of our Sanitation and Can Conditioning Products
Can Kote 20 – a blend
of surfactants, dispersants, sequesterants and inhibitors used
in Cooker and Cooler waters
to inhibit container filming, spotting, rust and corrosion.
The dispersants in Can Kote 20 are designed for process waters
with
higher levels of silica. The surfactants help to sheet the
water from the container after the cook (sterilizer)/cool processes
to inhibit water spots and film. The inhibitors protect against
rust and corrosion.
Syn Lube 30 – a blend
of synthetic lubricants designed for use in container cooker,
sterilizer and cooler waters to inhibit
scratching and scuffing on the container surfaces during
processing through the equipment. In addition Syn Lube 30 provides
continual
lubrication of the internal moving parts of the equipment
allowing them to move with less friction and thereby reducing
wear. Syn
Lube 30 also inhibits oil and organic film deposits on the
containers.
HD 90 – is a product specifically
designed for CIP systems. It is formulated for little or no foam
and has inhibitors
to protect
copper components in the system against high alkalinity.
It is easily diluted and excelent for removing organics that,
because
of the high process temperatures, are baked on to the equipment.
Once applied the product may be removed with water, without
the need to wash with acid. It is economical and causes no
irritation.
GC-60 – an excellent liquid cleaner which is
safe on all surfaces. Its high whetting ability makes it the perfect
general
cleaner for soak, hand wipe, mop, foam and steam cleaner
applications. GC-60 removes oil and organic soils from walls,
floors and all
equipment surfaces. GC-60 is much safer for personnel to
handle and use than heavy duty caustic cleaners. In addition GC-60
is
not corrosive to plant equipment.
